Job Description

• Consult with clients to formulate workflows and understand requirements directly.
• Perform an evaluation of costs and prepare project budgets and quotes for clients.
• Manage the project life cycle to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Calculate the number of necessary resources, such as vendors, tools, DTP, and others.
• Monitor the project's progress and resolve issues.
• Utilize databases, spreadsheets, and various tools to track localization projects.
• Analyze risks and define needed actions.
• Doing the required troubleshooting, identifying causes, and performing corrective or preventative action(s).
• Supervise and review the performance of localization linguists.
• Enforce the adherence to quality standards are met.
• Monitor the financial records of projects to ensure the profit margin goals are met.
• Prepare reports on your activities and present them to the direct supervisor.
• Continually expand knowledge and education in localization.
• Doing the required upselling phase to ensure mutual cooperation with our clients.
• Raise any complaints or negative feedback to the direct supervisor to check the case and prepare the needed reply or action.
• Finish all the paper work.
• Achieving the quarterly targets.

Job Description

• Review and correct translations done by other translators.
• Make sure that all translated files and segments are revised and all instructions are applied according to the clients’ requirements.
• Report the translation quality and decide the necessary actions to be taken in order to avoid any quality issues.
• Provide revision sheets to the translator for all tasks.
• Cooperate to combine all TMs and glossaries for every project.
• Handling Queries
• Doing reply to the client’s feedback
• Multitasking person
• Doing revision, proofreading, LSO, QA, style guide creation, feedback implementation, TM creation, one-shot translation, and all production-related jobs in line with standard rates, procedures, and rules set by the company.

• Any other tasks requested by the direct manager

• Ensure customer satisfaction of all the assigned accounts.
• Monitor the account workflow in coordination with the PM.
• Analyse the monthly production report.
• Achieve the financial target via an upselling plan.

• Deal with the client’s complains in coordination with project management.

• Refer to online translation tools for additional assistance with translation.
• Translate a variety of documents, including literary, legal, research, technical, scientific, educational, and commercial materials.
• May specialise in a particular industry in which he or she has relevant experience or knowledge, such as medicine, the arts, business, or finance.
• Doing translation, LSO, QA, feedback implementation, TM creation, one-shot translation, and all production-related jobs in line with standard rates, procedures, and rules set by the company.
